It might be the immediate gratification speaking, but I greatly enjoy the provided food/beverages..

I enjoy the extra benefits such as the wellness benefits and the flexibility of the companies' work structure.

Again, I like that I can ask questions to anyone, and if they don't know the answer they point me in the right direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that it feels that people do not judge me, despite me filling an entry level position, and in turn, not knowing as much as people that have been with the company for many years.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I have the flexibility to work as I can. If I have a later start to my day, I can make up for it by working later. This allows me to get much needed sleep so I am not as tired during work.
