Interacting with the people, both on the team and among the wider set of mission partners. I enjoy their company and getting to work and engage with such a varied set of ages and experiences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employee retention is what drew me there initially. I figured that a company that could retain workers in a historically transient contractor market must be doing something right, and I haven't been disappointed. I feel very much at home with the company, my leadership, and my teammates.
