So far, my experience has been good. I haven't been here that long yet but it's going well so far.

My overall experience has been great. I have had the opportunity to work in all three Tampa locations which has provided insight into different stages of purchasing. I am gaining a broader understanding of supply chain and the procurement needs of different sections of the organization.

My leadership has different standards and expectations for different team members. It can be improved by distributing work more evenly and applying expectations fairly.

The most positive aspect of the culture and environment is that it is generally relaxed. There are urgent situations and priorities, however, the responsible parties are trusted to do what is necessary to reach the desired outcome.

I am most happy that I feel comfortable asking for help when I need it, that I am trusted to perform my duties and seen as reliable, and that leadership understands the importance of a work-life balance.
