It was amazing at first and a very flexible work environment and over the past year it has become less and less exciting and not flexible anymore.

Currently getting underpaid for the level of work I provide, would like my pay to reflect my position level.

More money, how does one get promoted two levels up with the most minimal or raises? Also bring back bonuses.

No matter how much we joke around when tasks need to be completed we get together and meet those deadlines in a timely fashion.

They have a clear direction for the company to thrive in and committed to doing the best job they can to direct the company to reach that goal.
