It's a great company to work for; probably the best I have worked for. Although, in many ways, it still runs like a start-up, but that culture is changing daily.

Its great. My supervisors are fantastic. I know we're young, we just need to continue ti imprive our process and compliance.

401k is decent. PTO is low though. It shouod be at least 5.6.

They're proactive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They care about their jobs and it shows.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The lack of process creates silos of truth and results in controlled chaos.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trusting. They lead by example, with clear guidance and intent and then let people do their job. It makes for a great work environment.
