The work with the military is absolutely fantastic. Interactions with corporate is not fantastic. There is a facade that we are all a family and share this common goal as a company with leaders backing us in every way. I find the leadership out to make as much money for the investors quickly

we don't have culture. It is all just for show.

we all have the same common goal of assisting the military

base salary is a little behind peers but the flexible work hours are a perk I enjoy

They seem to be out of touch with what the employees desire and they are rathe authoritarian.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Aevex has a reputation among certain military partners that they gouge the government in price and provide poor quality materials.
