What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture of our team is unlike any other job I ever had. We work very hard to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining a low stress environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid a fraction of what my peers are at my current position. I was hired at a position of lower responsibility. I have since been moved to a position with a significant increase in responsibility. Even upon request I have not been compensated as is reflected in employee handbook.
