ehhh it was really good, it's getting worse. we are on a downward hill because we are trying to be "like every other company" we are destined to just be another faceless contractor.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are too many processes for certain groups, care it not put into contracts. Aevex does not have integrity and ONLY cares about the bottom line. Aevex has not spent extra money to make sure users have a good experience with their product.
