Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I feel unheard, underappreciated, and overworked. This company used to have a lot more positivity and I feel like the new negativity comes from poor decisions and poor leadership. It does not appear they care for production members or production support members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There has not been too much Positivity lately.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our teamwork and ability to hit hard to reach deadlines.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The recognition culture is very healthy. They also listen to concerns from employees.

My direct team has a close bond and great teamwork. We are always willing to help each other in any way needed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Communication from the top down. Things consistently change and the production team is expected to work the long hours to support the never ending changes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership out of touch with production teams. They make unrealistic promises and expect production to stop whatever life they have outside of work to satisfy whatever deal they make. Leadership continues to bypass processes that cause future problems for other areas to fix.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Gratitude often seems to be directed only toward leadership and rarely reaches the individuals who are actually carrying out the work or putting in long hours. Salaried employees are frequently expected to provide after-hours support or work well beyond a standard 40hr week. often without recognitio
