Working at Aevex has made me become a better person, I've learned a lot about things I've never known about, for example: wires, soldering, crimping, and etc. I've been able to gain more of a positive outlook with working due to the people that're here. So far it's been a fantastic experience.

We communicate, look out for each other, and are able to have fun while we work.

Everyone's easy to talk to and get along with, it's more like a family environment than a work one.

The people that I work with, and knowing that what I'm doing is making a difference in the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for my experience, that I've learned everything I need to, to be able to progress to the next step in my career. The pay I'm earning now in my opinion, doesn't match the knowledge and hands on experience I've gained.
