So far its been a fantastic experience and I can see where we have issues but I also see management's path forward/solution on how to handle them

I enjoy my job, but lately the environment has become very negative and skeptical. The leadership is not rewarding hard work and there's no accountability for poor quality work or workers. So at the end of the day, whats really pushing me to work harder?

Everyone cares about each other as human beings and we are all focused on the mission

The overall work environement is friendly and welcoming. Everyone is like minded and easy to talk with

They are very easy to communicate with and flexible when it comes to work schedules when perosnal issues arise.

My direct leadership (manager + director) are very invested in me and the team. The communication is great and open.

It makes me feel like Aevex really is investing in me as an employee and a person with a life outside the company

My team (Group 3 TS) always has each other's backs. We support each other and our goals. There is great communication and commaradarie

The culture is unmatched. It truly felt like I was joining a family from day one where everyone cares about you and helping you succeed

Leadership team/manager go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of and that I have the flexibility to focus on my career and my family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have really lost the overall positive culture and environment here at TS. The changes are understandable, but the overall mood has soured with very little care to try and fix it from leadership
