There have been lots of growing pains but I believe the situation may improve. I have met many great individuals and made many friends during my time here. I hope to ride the wave as long as possible.

I appreciate the vast amount of unique experience that each member brings to the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am highly underpaid for the level of responsibility I am forced to accept. I am underappreciated for the contributions and knowledge that have helped the conpany get to where they are today. I would like to make the same money working a 40 hour week instead of 65 on average.
