the lunches help keep the team close together and personal development feels like a genuine incentive to work on furthering my skills
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very tight knit group and work together from early mornings to late night and genuinely enjoy each others company. we overcome constant struggles and challenges and many challenges imposed by PM's daily in order to succeed in our opperation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After being with the company for a year and doing the role of all of my peers and exceeding expectations, I have not received a yearly raise like my co-workers. I am now teaching new team members how to do p my role and they are making over double my pay and they have less responsibilities.
