I thorougly enjoy and am grateful for this job as this is lg first "real" job. So, being in college and getting to learn real world experiences whilst attending college is something im really taking advantage of. So, with what this company has to offer, its a great place to do exactly that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very lateral in what im able to help out with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new tasks everyday. Getting the opportunity to challenge myself and explore something ive never done before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers. They make it fun to work there and keep myself busy when its a slow day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its very laid back and no bad moment usually ever come up. Its always nice to converse with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started here knowing nothing and at the rate of efficiency I grew, i believe that i am now eligible for a raise.
