I'm doing work that's not structured for success, lacks support, and the expectation always changes. Perform something that capitalizes on my strengths
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told I was hired under the range advertised because I required training. Everyone needs training at a new job and hardly any is given. You have to figure out what you are doing by trial and error. My education and experience mean nothing.
