The caliber, technical capability and experience of my immediate supervisor, and the engineering leadership. This is a rare group in today's industry. We, as an organization, are very fortunate to have them.

That my immediate leadership team is approachable, rational and receptive to business concerns and situationally aware of what needs to be done, in order to be effective. I find them exceptionally technical, professional and ethical in all business matters, above the majority in industry.
