Each individual has a different strength within specialty jobs, so that allows everyone to grow by example.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They expect alot. Doing more than what my job title requires without the pay increase. Less responsibilities or higher pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone needs clear and concise training in regard to the new procedures and expectations from the rapidly growing company. It gets confusing when rules change without notice.
