We are all really good friends and it feels like a family
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just not as fun and positive as it used to be when I started here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's really not as positive as it used to be. We laid off half of the company that contributed to the positive culture and environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They don't really seem to care much about the department or the mission of the company. None of us really speak to each other so that could improve as well.
