The company has treated me well, but at times leadership can be lazy and/or confusing with their intent on decisions that are made. There's seems to be a lot of back and forth. Work/Life ratio is the worst part of the job as the schedule makes it difficult to plan life events.

Seeing friends and having continuous busy work to stay engaged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable. They try to help the team as best they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mission sets are engaging and give me a sense of pride when thing go well and a learning moment when they don't.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of them could be more engaged in their work and avoid complacency. More often than not there is a sense of disinterest in their work.
