All of my teammates are personable, funny, charismatic, and caring while simultaneously being SMEs in their respective works and dedicated to task completion.

What I like best about the immediate, manager level, leadership is that they are personable to the engineer while also pushing for excellence and producing results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is very much below market median for my position, however I was accepting of it due to amenities (lunch, snacks, environment, etc) provided by the company as tactical systems; however they are now gone and all upward mobility for the individual level has been halted by propelling programs.
