working for Aevex is ok, I'm happy they gave me a chance. Just wish they would give raises to folks that earn them, and also a yearly cost of living raise would also be nice.

they are responsive when something comes up.

most have a military background and working with other vets is nice.

supporting the armed forces, and continuing to do my part in protecting the USA.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Theres lots of veterans so we all have something in common. most are very easy to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Aevex, wants to make the world a safer place and they are really making strides and getting some good contracts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is low for the experience and licenses that I hold. There should be an increase in pay for those of us that have A&P's and IA's, especially when the company is actively trying to recruit experienced and highly trained employees, we shouldn't make the same amount as those with no licenses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I push hard to learn everything I can and be an asset to the team. Take time to train employees and sign off inspections. What would make me feel better would to be treated like everyone else when it comes to getting a raise. Management should want to retain their top employees.
