At Aevex I have met the highest quality engineers that I have ever worked with. Our mission is clear and our work is challenging and meaningful. While there are some tough times, our hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Overall my team is very relaxed and also dedicated and hard-working. There are no "divas" on the team. They're all very down-to-earth and helpful

When mistakes or mishaps are made, the focus is on how to solve the problem and coming together as a team, not on who to blame.

I am supported in the decisions and actions I have to take to help support my family, and am trusted to get my work done and hours in.

Our leadership team is honest and supportive. When we experience failures, they work with us to find a solution as a team and help provide the resources we need to effect it.

My team is filled with incredibly intelligent engineers and technicians, who are all willing to help out and go above and beyond when it comes to supporting each other and the mission.
