Mostly good. Aside from the miscommunication between the MCE and LRE, and difficulties in the expense reporting/ professional development process. Overall its one of the better companies I've worked for

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everybody at the LRE is an experienced deployer and there are no complaints regardless of the amount of work that needs to be done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less conflict between the MCE and LRE. MCE needs to understand that they work short shifts, stateside, and do not have to do maintenance and testing. So it shouldn't be an issue for them to fly a couple more hours so the LRE can accomplish the additional duties that come with being deployed.
