Their level of involvement in ensuring that employees are taken care of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there are few people in the company that truly care about the people and the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cost of medical is well priced compared to other companies I've worked for and the matching of 401K.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Seems to be a lot of people that complain and are toxic overall. A lack of a team mentality/concept and very individualistic.
