
Time seems to fly by while working. makes the days away go much faster.
The education/training money that I have access too each year to further my knowledge and training.
The team treats each other as adults. There is very little micromanaging that takes place between the more experienced and less experienced. That is way different than the way I was treated at my previous job.
You are not nagged all the time. You get your work done, and then you are left to occupy the remainder of your work day. As long as you are helpful and step up when things need to be done, you are not bothered.
Honestly I haven't really met the leadership team. I have read email messages and other correspondence and from what I can tell they care greatly about correspondence with the team to keep them abreast of everything that is happening. That to me is how a leadership team should interact.
