What makes me most happy about my work is getting setup with the tools to do my job, and the freedom to execute it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The speed of going from a concept to a realized product is great. This company partners well with their customer base and quickly is able to realize their needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am currently making roughly what I did at my last job. What I first need to do is have a discussion with my manager about this and see if there's anything he can do about it.
