I do not hear complaints about leadership. Leadership seems very approachable.

Being appreciated. Being valued. Being wanted. Working challenges that I enjoy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is very competitive. But Medical and PTO are also very good as well.

I enjoy that they have quarks and yet they do enjoy getting together for lunch. The team is very smart and cares about doing a good job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care and like to get together. Having a flexible hybrid schedule is also very appreciated. I also enjoy the restaurant choices in the local area.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is very competitive (best part), but Medical Benefits and 401k matching are also very important and very good. Lastly free gym, covered parking, & snacks are all very much appreciated and I believe these last items can be a differentiator from competitor's when other benefits are similar.
