My time at AEVEX has been great but I am not sure what to do to keep progressing my career. I have not had a review with my manager to discuss a plan so I have been left in the dark on how that works. Overall, I enjoy being an employee at AEVEX.

Clear information about yearly raises and performance reviews. I am not sure when I get a review and a pay raise for performance

Not open to new ideas or ways to improve the process. Just because the process works now, doesn't mean it cannot be improved upon
