I dont have anything to say about the culture
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are fine but that doesnt mean Inloom forward to seeing them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is not great. It is not as tood as rest of indistey but i am glad I have a job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They seem to be more interested in the investors than the people. The executive team has bloated over the last couple years. Not proportional to the working people numbers
