Staying busy with the tasks at hands and minimize cell phone use during working hours.

Not being utilized to the full potential. Given proper training for the tasks given. Getting away from the tribal knowledge and stick to policies and procedures.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The friend groups between management and subordinates needs to cease. It is creating a miserable work environment for those who aren't involved in the friend groups. Those who stick to themselves are treated differently.
