A new ERP system was implemented in Jan 2025. It's not a user friendly system. Each depart. only knows their part and we don't know all the facets and how to use it to really improve the business.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve HR services, improve work environment, improve communication from leadership

What do you consider my Team? It would be my boss and myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not sure that I really know the leadership team, so I can't evaluate them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
layoffs erode morale. Is there a financial report that is shared with employees? Is there an organizational chart? Every project is an impossible schedule. It's demoralizing to start a project and know you are already 3 months behind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Using PTO for doctor's visits is so 1950s. I saw that on Linkedin the other day and I said yes, that's my company. My onboarding of benefits was not good. Several problems with setting up of accounts, the process to do things wasn't well defined and I had to keep complaining to get my problems fixed
