Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After only a few months at the company the snacks and lunches were taken away when it was initially brought up as one of the benefits of working at Aevex. I also have on many occasions done more work and produced more value than more senior engineers without an increase in pay.
