Overall it has been a great experience thus far. The only negatives I have to comment on are there are too many meetings and the financial health of the company doesn't seem great at the moment.

Very mission focused and willing to do whatever is required to meet objectives

Genuine sense of teamwork. Everyone knows the short and long term goals and works together to get there efficiently.

They seem focused on the success of the company and let employees do what they're hired to do without micromanagement.

Everyone has been very welcoming to new employees and willing to help them get integrated into a complex work environment. Everyone also gets along well despite a diverse set of backgrounds.
