the company is different from others, so I've heard. Most of my coworkers are awesome id hang out with a few outside of work if given the opportunity. I have a mentor who I trust to talk to about absolutely anything which means the world to me. The free snack needs to stay.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
We get 0 sick pay days, our paid days off are limited to 10-11 a year the holidays are limited with "floating" options.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

my team is pretty cool people they're very Cordula respectful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing snacks have been taken food has been limited and we now have no flexibility with our time off...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very considerate, and are willing to help and make things happen when if at all possible. They listen to us as employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positives are the free snacks, understanding supervisors willing to work with people if they need a day off or are running a bit late, and the opportunity to learn something new at least once a week.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is the opportunities to use my skills and knowledge from my military background and my personal life to get things done. I'm happy I have flexible schedule, I'm happy that my floor manager is always trying to accommodate and help people any way he can.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A few people are too comfortable, some don't even take over time when the leaders ask for help, unless double time is offered. Team bonding experiences to know people on a more personal level would help making it easier for us to communicate and come to a middle point would make us a stronger team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The changes that have been made with the last SVP has made it hard on a lot of us. Slowly but surely things have been disappearing, and we notice, our culture wasn't supposed to change but it has. I like to hear what's going on every few weeks the only way I get updates is through linked in now.
