Our team lead is outstanding. We would like to see more senior leadership.

Meet with their teams in person, I have never met my senior leadership since my start 2 yrs ago.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Several employees don't appear to be working all hours billed. They come in after me and leave before me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for Aevex for 2 years and on have only receive 2% increase and my performance rating is Exceeds Expectation.
