The best thing about the remaining team is resilience but they are starting to crack.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is crushed at the moment but those with some intact do their best to be positive and just do their job. Nothing more, nothing less. Unlike in the past where the culture was everyone on a first name basis, respected, appreciated, inspired and motivated to impress leadership.
