I like that I am able to go to them with any questions or problems

That I am surrounded by like minded individuals who will do whatever it takes to accomplish the mission
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my interactions with everyone while troubleshooting various problems. My work stimulates my mind which I absolutely love.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I cover a very wide range of responsibilities and taskings and the compensation doesnt reflect that. I have production personnal making more than I do to only perform 1 function where I have to support production projects to include flight testing and supplier visits
