Started off as an exciting learning experience with people who make me feel valued. It has slowly become proof that no matter how hard you work or how much you learn, the company doesn't care about it's good people. Even after performing far beyond my job title, no promotion was put on paper.

It feels like walking into a slaughter house every day. We have watched some of the best and brightest being pulled from actively working to be discarded like trash. Most of them immediately after making mountains move to complete a mission.
