Employees who are not doing their job need to be released from employment.

One co-worker needs to work and do his job. Others staff are doing his job and he is getting paid.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

If employees continue to not work then they need to be released from their employment. Others should not be expected to do their work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Rooms are being taken out of order without being fixed. Staff is not working together. Management does not bring staff into cohesiveness. Staff believes they can do what they want.
