Employees that care management team that cares or knowledgeable about the property not just sitting in the office

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've worked as an engineer for over 10 years they hired somebody who doesn't know anything about engineering and makes the same amount an hour as me so that doesn't really make me feel like I am useful or appreciated
