My customers, the housekeepers, the kitchen staff, sales the make my day go by wonderful

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I work alone no interaction and that ok with me I'm there for my guests

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop stealing, work, stop eating, the hotel is a mess I over it 22 years in the business I've never seen such a mess freak show
