I enjoy the company but right now it is very negative and focused on what we are doing wrong - very little positive feedback. This is may be due to the ownership group, but amount of layoffs we have done makes me feel insecure

they are supportive of the on property efforts to improve and look for ways to remove obstacles

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not looking to move but similar job postings online post better entry pay when I receive the alerts. Some of my GMs make what I make
