They dont micromanage me. They allow me to produce resilts using my own autonomy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay doesn't move with the market. If your at a hotel for several years, you need to leave to be paid your value. As well, 3% raise increase doesnt keep up with inflation.
