Going onto 4th year with Aimbridge, very good management company to work for, great communication even for such a remove location like Key West.

Signing contracts and bringing in the revenue!

They actually do talk to and connect with the team members.

Very close knit team and close knit community in Key West.

We are in the thick of it every day, staying upbeat and positive.

Good health insurance, even though it has increased.... Any way not to have these big jumps annually?

Very personable, hands on, I would personally like to thank my immediate leadership Michael Knowles, Jose Fernandez, Leslie Freeman, Walter Connor.

Great insurance, I have a Hilton hotel so I can book some really great rates for stay when I am travelling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team, we work together closely but I guess this is Key West and the atmosphere even though it's a VERY competitive market down here - friendly all in all and everyone helps each other out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, honest, responsive! General Manager Michael Knowles, sales leadership Jose Sanchez Fernandez and Leslie Freeman, ops leadership Phillip Barrocas and Walter Conner (so sorry to have him off our property... looking forward to working with Cody Feaster).
