I feel supported but not micromanaged. We're all working toward a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My hotel's leadership team is open and communicative. I know nothing about the Aimbridge leadership, honestly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would prefer not to have to work for a living at all but y'all can't really do anything about that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Casual, friendly, funny. We can vent to each other about the difficulties of our job but still understand we're all here to do our best work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work full time and still live with my parents because I can't afford the cheapest housing available, and I live in an extremely low cost-of-living state. I would feel better if I made a living wage that allowed me to at least house and feed myself.
