I have only been here for a short time, but my experience so far has been exceptionally good.

Everyone supports each other and wants the team to succeed individually and collectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cares about each other. We lift each other up, not tear each other down.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive, upbeat environment. I know when I am at work I am going to have fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team listens to me, supports me and makes sure I have the tools to do my job well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest, I have only been here a short time and don't have access to the benefits package yet. When viewing the benefits plan, I was surprised to see that for such a large company, Ambridge does not offer as many added programs. Also, the medical plan is not very robust.
