I feel appreciated and valued for what I do. I'm not only "allowed" but encouraged to have a life outside of work. Balance, balance, balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that they do events to appreciate employees and promote fun. Like bingo nights, Bridges mixers, women empowerment groups; but I will say, let's get some virtual feeds going so remote people can participate. I can yell bingo from a computer :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel my leadership team really cares about me as a person. They invest in my growth with the company. Are patient with me and helpful when learning new things, and know that I am a person, and have a life outside of work. I've never had a job that promotes a work life balance as much as this one.
