What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a family environment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Only maintenance engineer on property. I feel like im at a dead end job with no opportunity for advancement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

How my gm has made us feel appreciated. Dont feel we get any recognition help or care from anyone higher than my gm.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, hearing in the needs of others and actually doing something. Hard to feel cared about when we are so off the grid from everyone else.
