My General Manager is amazing! She knows how to bring people together and has a great leadership style.

The guests, having new challenges every day, having a great experience with a guest, making a guest happy, and working with my general manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if I do the work of someone that should be making a $75k salary. I do the work of 3 plus people.
