What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to spend time with my co workers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they are always willing to talk when something happens and they would always recognize the work that we do.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are close like family and we put effort into getting along with each other and we always have each other's backs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think that there needs to be more monitoring with the pay and take better care of making sure that we are getting what we are supposed to. There are many times that it is needed that we go an extra mile and we should get at least be acknowledged that we are doing more for the property.
